Inspired by the grooved brain coral (Diploria labyrinthiformis) the IYUN pendant is a symbol of the death occurring in the coral reefs worldwide and the replanting efforts by various individuals and organizations to restore the coral reefs to new glory. It is also symbolic of the brokenness we feel as humans due to the direct or indirect actions of other individuals and the beauty that results from taking time out to nurture and care for one another.
A percentage of the proceeds from the IYUN collection will be donated to help in the replanting efforts of the Florida reef tract.
