We hope you will never need one of our pieces repaired. However, should you need to do so, Jewelry sold from this website will be repaired at no charge within two (2) weeks from purchase.
Where repairs are needed after two weeks, there will be a charge based on the type of repair needed.
Additional charges will apply when beads, stones and/or metals are necessary to complete the repair. Charges will be emailed to you and approved by you prior to the repair. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
As some of our pieces are one-off pieces, we may no longer have the exact beads available to replicate your jewelry in it's original design. Every attempt will be made to do so, but it may be necessary to use similar components but still keep within the original design of your piece. You will be notified by email prior to the repair should this be the case.
