We take pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) purchased within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery.
Returns can be exchanged for the same product or a refund of the sum paid for the order, less the cost of shipping.

Jewelry must be returned unworn and in the original packaging, with tag still attached. We will not accept any returns where the tag has been detached or removed. Earring components that pierce the ear and have been taken out of the original packaging are non-refundable due to health concerns.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on all returns. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY OR JEWELRY THAT HAS BEEN CUSTOM FITTED as the item has been designed and fitted to the client’s specification. If you are not satisfied with your custom order, contact us within a week of receiving your order to discuss the alterations that can be made to your jewelry.
