Do you offer custom commissions?

Yes! We offer custom wood embroidery art commissions. You can schedule a free consultation through our contact page to discuss your vision, and we’ll work with you to create a personalized piece of handcrafted art. Please note that commission timelines vary depending on complexity and current order volume.

Do you still make custom jewelry?

No, we no longer offer custom jewelry services. We now focus on wood embroidery art, art prints, canvas prints, and 3D printed earrings.

Where are you located?

We are based in Frisco, Texas and ship throughout the United States.

Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates?

Please contact us for information about gift options. We’re happy to help you find the perfect gift for any occasion.

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Canvas Prints

  • Processing Time: 6–7 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days via standard shipping
  • Overnight Shipping: Available upon request

3D Printed Earrings

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only.

How will my order be packaged?

All artwork and earrings are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Wood embroidery art pieces receive extra reinforcement to protect the dimensional elements during transit.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view your order status.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy for wood embroidery art and art prints?

  • Return Policy: All sales are final unless artwork arrives damaged during shipping
  • Damage Claims: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • Resolution: We’ll arrange for a replacement

What is your return policy for 3D printed earrings?

  • Return Window: 3–5 days from delivery date
  • Return Options: Exchange for same product or refund (minus original shipping costs)

Return Process:

  • Log into your account to initiate a return
  • Package items in original packaging with tags attached
  • Ship within 3 days of delivery date

Return Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn
  • Original packaging required
  • Tags must be attached (returns will be rejected if tags are removed)
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days after we receive your return

What items cannot be returned?

  • Items returned after the return window
  • Damaged or worn earrings
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Custom commission pieces (see below)

What if I’m not satisfied with a custom commission?

Contact us within one week of receiving your custom order. We’ll discuss possible alterations, though please note that extensive changes may not always be possible due to the nature of handcrafted work. Custom commissions are not eligible for standard returns.

  • Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture
  • Handle with care to preserve the intricate embroidery work
  • Avoid hanging in high-humidity areas such as bathrooms

How do I care for my 3D printed earrings?

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth
  • Store in original packaging when not wearing
  • Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive moisture
  • Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising

How should I care for my art prints and canvas?

  • Frame prints on paper for longevity
  • Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading
  • Canvas prints can be hung immediately and are ready to display
  • Avoid hanging in areas with high humidity or temperature fluctuations
