Sculpture:

Regular shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. 

All sales are final unless your artwork has been damaged during shipping. In case of damage during shipping, please email me within 48 hours of receiving your art.

Prints on Paper & Canvas:

Processing time for prints on canvas is 6-7 business days and for prints on paper are 3-4 business days.

Regular shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. 

Overnight shipping means your print will be shipped overnight once the processing of the print is complete. (6-7 business days)

Jewelry: 

Processing time for jewelry orders is 6-7 business days 

Our necklaces are typically 16” (inches) and bracelet are 8” (inches), except otherwise stated.

All our products can be customized to fit most necklines and wrist. For customized measurements and cost, kindly send us via our contact page stating the item number and your neck & wrist measurement. We will get back to you on the cost of resizing within 24 hours.

We take pride in our jewelry and want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) purchased within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery.

  • Returns can be exchanged for the same product, or a refund of the sum paid for the order, less the cost of shipping. 
  • To process your return, kindly log into your account to process your return and mail the package within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery.
  • Jewelry must be returned unworn and in the original packaging, with tag still attached. We will not accept any returns where the tag has been detached or removed. 
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on all returns. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

After a return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days to process your request.

RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY OR JEWELRY THAT HAS BEEN CUSTOM FITTED as the item has been designed and fitted to the client’s specification. If you are not satisfied with your custom order, contact us within a week of receiving your order to discuss the alterations that can be made to your jewelry.
