Do you still make custom jewelry?

No, we no longer offer custom jewelry services. We now focus on wood embroidery art, art prints, canvas prints, and 3D printed earrings.

Where are you located?

We are based in Dallas, Texas and ship throughout the United States.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website at zuriperle.com. Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our checkout system.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us immediately at customerservice@zuriperle.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

How will my order be packaged?

All artwork and jewelry are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view order status.

Sizing & Customization

Can I request additional product photos?

Yes! Contact us for additional photos of any item. We're happy to provide detailed images to help you make your decision.

Returns & Exchanges

Wood Embroidery Art & Art Prints

  • Return Policy: All sales are final unless artwork arrives damaged during shipping
  • Damage Claims: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • Resolution: We'll arrange for replacement

3D Printed Earrings

  • Return Window: 3-5 days from delivery date
  • Return Options: Exchange for same product OR refund (minus original shipping costs)
  • Return Process:
    • Log into your account to initiate return
    • Package items in original packaging with tags attached
    • Ship within 3 days of delivery date
  • Return Condition Requirements:
    • Items must be unworn
    • Original packaging required
    • Tags must be attached (returns rejected if tags removed)
    • Customer pays return shipping
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

What items cannot be returned?

  • Canvas prints can be hung immediately and are ready to display
