“AWUJO” is a Yoruba word that means “community” I created this symbol to serve as a reminder of our connection to nature, people and the world around us. Inspired by the grooved brain coral (Diploria labyrinthiformis) Each structure is actually a colony of several genetically identical animals living together. These polyps are so connected to one another, that if one gets sick the entire colony can get sick. Sometimes we feel alone and in a bubble disconnected from the world. I hope this symbol always serve as a reminder that you are not alone and are always connected to the world around you.

Processing time for prints on canvas is 7 to 10 business days and for prints on paper are 5 to 7 business days.
All sales are final unless your painting has been damaged during shipping. In case of damage during shipping, please email me within 48 hours of receiving your art.
Paper prints are printed on Arches paper. Prints are made to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for paper print production.
Canvas print will arrive stretched and ready to hang. Canvas prints are mirror wrapped (the image wraps around the edge of the canvas). Please allow 7-10 business days for canvas printing and stretching.
